This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding ...

Overall the experience was good. However, the food is very mid (even at the à la carte restaurants). We also had the lights go out for several hours, couldn’t get dinner that night since the restaurants also didn’t have power and we were left with no AC. Ruined the last day.
